As part of the IWA Outdoor Classics in Nuremberg, the company Weihrauch & Weihrauch Sport celebrated its 125th anniversary with an exclusive reception. More than 100 invited guests from over 15 nations came together to celebrate this historic milestone in the company’s history. Among the distinguished guests were Bavarian Deputy Minister President and State Minister of Economic Affairs Hubert Aiwanger, Bavarian Interior State Minister Joachim Herrmann, and Peter Ottmann, CEO of NürnbergMesse. Their participation emphasized the importance and appreciation of Weihrauch & Weihrauch Sport in the industry and beyond.
In a moving speech, the two managing directors, Felix and Hans-Hermann Weihrauch, recalled the company’s beginnings in 1899, as well as the challenges and achievements over the years. “125 years are not only a sign of our resilience but also of our ability to continuously evolve and meet the needs of our customers,” emphasized Hans-Hermann Weihrauch. The support and loyalty of customers, business partners, and employees, which have fundamentally contributed to the long-lasting success of the company, were also particularly appreciated.
A special highlight of the evening was the unveiling of the “1899 Series,” three limited special models designed as a tribute to the company’s long history and its leading products. The event was crowned by a special gesture from NürnbergMesse – a spectacular anniversary cake, which was ceremoniously presented as a gift for the 125th anniversary.
Weihrauch & Weihrauch Sport looks back with pride on a 125-year success story and looks optimistically towards the future, continuing to pave the way for innovations and inspire its customers with high-quality products.
